$300/month, What is included: Personalized monthly exercise program and 60 minute, weekly personal training session.

Our sessions will include a dynamic warm-up, cardio and/or strength training tailored to your individual goals, and cool-down exercises that are suitable for your current fitness level and stage of pregnancy. Best of all, you’ll be able to work out in the comfort of your own home. Let’s take this journey together at a pace that works for you!
