Personalized training plan will be designed after a free consultation call and is based on the individuals goals and race distance.

1. Running Plan and Remote Coaching

$125, every 4 weeks, What's included: Personalized training plan, weekly email communication, and monthly coaching call.

A personalized training plan will be crafted following a free consultation call, tailored to the individual’s goals and race distance. Each strength training session will include a dynamic warm-up, specific strength exercises tailored to the runner's goals, and appropriate cool-down exercises. Coaching calls will cover training check-ins, adjustments to the training plan, and debriefs before and after races.

2. Tier 1 Personal Run Coaching

$225, every 6 weeks, What's Included: Personalized training plan, unlimited email communication, 1 personal training/running session, and monthly coaching call.

A personalized training plan will be crafted following a free consultation call, tailored to the individual’s goals and race distance. Each strength training session will include a dynamic warm-up, specific strength exercises tailored to the runner's goals, and appropriate cool-down exercises. Coaching calls will cover training check-ins, adjustments to the training plan, and debriefs before and after races.

3. Tier 2 Personal Run Coaching

$375, every 6 weeks, What's Included: Personalized training plan, unlimited email communication, 3 personal training/running sessions, and a biweekly coaching call.

A personalized training plan will be crafted following a free consultation call, tailored to the individual’s goals and race distance. Each strength training session will include a dynamic warm-up, specific strength exercises tailored to the runner's goals, and appropriate cool-down exercises. Coaching calls will cover training check-ins, adjustments to the training plan, and debriefs before and after races.

4. Tier 3 Personal Run Coaching

$450, every 6 weeks, What's Included: Personalized training plan, unlimited email communication, 6 personal training/running sessions, and a biweekly coaching call.

5. Runners Strength Training

$65/per session, in-person, runner specific strength training

Sessions will include: dynamic warm up, agility and running drills, a running workout, basic strength exercises, and cool down exercises.

6. Youth Running Coaching

$175/month, What is included: 60 minute, weekly personalized training session, and a basic weekly running menu to help new runners stay on track with their fitness.

Sessions will include: dynamic warm up, cardio and/or strength training based on individual goals, and proper cool down exercises. Sessions are provided in client's home.

7. Prenatal and Postpartum Personal Training

$300/month, What is included: Personalized monthly exercise program and 60 minute, weekly personal training session.
