6. Youth Running Coaching

$175/month, What is included: 60 minute, weekly personalized training session, and a basic weekly running menu to help new runners stay on track with their fitness.

6. Youth Running Coaching

Sessions will include a dynamic warm-up, agility and running drills, a running workout, basic strength exercises, and cool-down exercises. All exercises and running will be based on their current level of experience, training age, and goals. These sessions take place at a local park, track, or field, where space can be rented.

Please note that partner training is available; if your runner would like to train with a friend or sibling, this can be arranged. The monthly price may vary if the rental cost of the space exceeds the standard rate.
