Tier 2 Run Coaching
$345, every 6 weeks, Personalized training plan, unlimited email communication, 3 personal training sessions, and a biweekly coaching call.
Personalized training plan will be designed after a free consultation call and is based on the individuals goals and race distance. Strength training session will include: dynamic warm up, goal and runner specific strength exercises, and appropriate cool down exercises. Coaching calls will include: training check-ins, training adjustments, and pre/post-race debrief.
