$375, every 6 weeks, What's Included: Personalized training plan, unlimited email communication, 3 personal training/running sessions, and a biweekly coaching call.

3. Tier 2 Personal Run Coaching

A personalized training plan will be crafted following a free consultation call, tailored to the individual’s goals and race distance. Each strength training session will include a dynamic warm-up, specific strength exercises tailored to the runner's goals, and appropriate cool-down exercises. Coaching calls will cover training check-ins, adjustments to the training plan, and debriefs before and after races.
